Chef Pedro Zambrano is the owner and Chef of Margarita's Authentic Mexican Cuisine and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu.
As an experienced restaurant owner, it has been Chef Zambrano's dream to bring the authentic taste of pure Mexican cuisine to Waterloo. Chef Zambrano recently returned to Le Cordon Bleu in Mexico to take specialized training in Mexican cuisine in order to ensure Margarita's patrons a pleasurable and unforgettable dining experience. This Mexican food begins with the freshest of ingredients and adds tantalizing flavours that both please and surprise the simplest or most sophisticated palate.
To add to the pleasure, Chef Zambrano designed and furnished Margarita's in true Mexican style and colours so that patrons would feel as though they have been transported to a corner of Old Mexico. The taste, colour, and musical sounds of Mexico have been faithfully reproduced to enhance the dining experience. The restaurant's signature cocktail, The Margarita, is sure to please and the overall Mexican ambience will make the dining experience a memorable one for families, friends, or lovers.
